Title: Senior Presales Engineer- Software/ Fintech
Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to clients RFPs and business requirements, preparing complete technical and financial proposals that align with egabiFSI's solutions and delivery capabilities.
- Manage the full bid management cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant submissions that meet client expectations.
- Design, prepare, and deliver product presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept highlighting egabiFSI's offerings and value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to design tailored solutions that address client pain points and align with business objectives.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical and functional support.
- Maintain a solid understanding of egabiFSI's products, features, and integration capabilities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, compliance documents, and technical materials for client engagements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen solution positioning.
- Provide technical mentorship and share knowledge within the pre-sales team.
- Communicate client feedback and market trends to the product team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales within the banking or fintech software solutions industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and financial software systems.
- Proven ability to prepare and present technical and commercial proposals effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and business writing skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop structured presentations and analytical reports.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
