Senior/Principle - Embedded Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and integration of embedded and PC-based software.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (MIL-STDs, IEC/IEEE, RTCA, UML, SysML).
• Drive software certification/classification processes.
• Deliver innovative solutions while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
• Contribute to long-term technology planning and architecture improvements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software certification/classification.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and expertise in microcontrollers/RTOS.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
