Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchasing all office supplies indirect procurement.
  • Responsible for employees travel requests, flights, tickets, cars.
  • Source suppliers for any action needed related to company
  • purchases by always being proactive and have market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and maintain regular suppliers evaluation in terms of quality, price and reliability)
  • Manage the tax portal with finance team to make sure all services are against tax invoices.
  • Create vendors on SAP.
  • Follow E-invoicing process with vendors and finance.
  • Negotiate payment terms for each vendor and align with finance team.
  • Support in HR and Marketing activities required sourcing and vendors negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and all audit requirements.
  • Ensure all purchases and agreements meet company standards quality and polices.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 3-5 years of Experience in purchasing.
  • Excellent English language
  • SAP knowledge
  • Excel and all Microsoft office skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
