We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
- Manage daily procurement activities: issuing purchase orders in SAP/SBO, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to plan material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and resolve operational issues to support production and projects.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize procurement processes, and support contract management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics, procurement spend, and risks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain operations.
You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; MBA in Business Administration (Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics) is a plus.
- 710 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering services supply chain (turbomachinery knowledge is a plus).
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and contract handling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/SBO) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of international procurement regulations, Incoterms, and engineering materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement
