We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
  • FRP meter boxes & feeder pillars

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
  • Handle procurement activities for Shared Services categories: Information Technology (hardware, software, services), Facilities Management, Safety equipment and services, Office furniture and workplace solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve best value, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, understanding business needs and translating them into effective procurement solutions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to procurement activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices relevant to Shared Services categories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
  • 4 to 7 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within Shared Services.
  • Strong experience managing the full procurement cycle end-to-end.
  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
