Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
- Handle procurement activities for Shared Services categories: Information Technology (hardware, software, services), Facilities Management, Safety equipment and services, Office furniture and workplace solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve best value, quality, and delivery terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, understanding business needs and translating them into effective procurement solutions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to procurement activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices relevant to Shared Services categories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within Shared Services.
- Strong experience managing the full procurement cycle end-to-end.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
