Role Description

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including creating and maintaining purchase orders, evaluating supplier partnerships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves conducting detailed analyses to enhance procurement efficiency, ensure cost-effective solutions, and support strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, where the candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • Proven ability in Supplier Evaluation and fostering strong supplier relationships
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and managing vendor agreements
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making in procurement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Knowledge of industry standards and trends is advantageous
  • Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred)
