About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to join a dynamic team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping digital financial experiences by designing intuitive, compliant, and culturally relevant mobile-first products for a large and diverse user base.

This is an on-site, 1-year contract opportunity for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.

You will work at the intersection of user experience, regulatory requirements, and product innovation, translating complex guidelines into seamless and user-friendly design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications across iOS and Android
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into effective, user-centred design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance
• Develop interactive prototypes and iterate based on user feedback and stakeholder input
• Conduct usability testing and apply insights to continuously improve user experience
• Create wireframes, user flows, and detailed design specifications
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and local cultural expectations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations
• Communicate design decisions clearly through presentations and documentation
• Support and collaborate with team members to foster a strong design culture

Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Strong experience designing mobile-first digital products
• Background in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience working within compliance-driven environments
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Understanding of front-end constraints and collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work

Nice to Have

• Experience working on digital banking or financial products
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks or compliance standards
• Arabic language skills (preferred)

• Contract: 1-year (immediate start preferred)
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)
• Working hours: Sunday–Thursday
