Responsibilities
Lead complex design projects from research to implementation.
Influence product strategy and decisions based on well-reasoned design thinking.
Coach junior designers, fostering a creative and inclusive design culture.
Advocate for users, integrating user feedback, and user research data into design decisions.
Proactively contribute to and evolve the company's design system.
