We are looking for a
Senior Product Designer to join a high-impact digital team within a leading banking organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in

design systems, and can craft seamless experiences across
mobile and web platforms.
You will work closely with
product managers, engineers, and cross-functional squads to deliver user-centric, scalable, and consistent design solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
- Design and scale enterprise-level Design Systems, ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders within Agile squads
- Create intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms
- Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure adherence to accessibility, usability, and UX best practices
- Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization
- Maintain high-quality design documentation and design handoff processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
- Strong hands-on experience building and managing Design Systems at scale
- Proven expertise in designing for mobile (iOS, Android) and web platforms
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within cross-functional squads
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BFSI / Fintech domain, especially Retail Banking
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks
- Exposure to data-driven design and analytics tools
