Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Designer who can confidently take on UX and product design challenges. You'll be responsible for conducting UX research, developing wireframes, creating prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a perfect role for someone with a solid foundation in design thinking and hands-on experience, who's looking to grow and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work through the full design process: from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design.
- Use Design Thinking methodologies to craft user-focused solutions.
- Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing.
- Create wireframes and prototypes that communicate design ideas and can be tested for validation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring concepts to life.
- Translate research findings into user flows, information architecture, and interface designs that meet business and user needs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user insights, always improving.
- Keep an eye on design trends but focus on practical, user-centered solutions.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across UX research, wireframing, and prototyping. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience with user-centered design and a basic understanding of design thinking. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work remotely with a distributed team
