Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology. You'll play a key role in shaping our product vision, designing world-class AI experiences, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to build products users love.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, testing, and delivery.
- Design intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders to define product strategy and translate complex requirements into simple user experiences.
- Lead user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and data-driven design improvements.
- Design AI-first experiences including conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows, automation, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and component standards in Figma.
- Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
- Use product analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product usability and adoption.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing a strong design culture across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, problem solving, and high-quality visual execution.
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, AI products, or complex digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Interactive Prototypes, and Dev Mode.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile product environments.
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and modern design patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, LLM applications, or automation platforms.
- Experience working within fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable design systems.
- Experience with usability testing, product analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience is a plus.
