What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

You will join our noon Ads department which empowers businesses of all sizes to reach and engage millions of active shoppers on noon.com, the region's leading e-commerce platform, through tailored campaigns and advanced analytics. We offer a comprehensive suite of advertising solutions, both onsite and offsite, designed to achieve marketing and sales objectives. Thousands of brands and sellers are already leveraging our self-serve and managed products on a daily basis, making the ad platform a fundamental growth partner and the key to targeting specific audiences at impactful places across markets. noon Ads has three major verticals PLA Ads, Brand Ads, and Display Ads.

  • Lead the product strategy and development efforts for one of noon Ads core offerings
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes.
  • Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them
  • Act as a link between the noon Ads business team and tech, translating business needs into detailed product requirements
  • Understand the potential growth levers, what it takes to unlock them and work closely with business to align on priorities
  • Write clear and detailed user stories and product requirements, which will be used by business, design, and tech to understand, agree upon and execute the feature

What you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Strong understanding of ads business and products in an e-commerce setup
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences
  • A data-driven and analytical thinker with the ability to query and analyze data, who can make decisive, informed decisions and move quickly when confident in their conclusions
  • Passionate about hands-on product discovery and execution within an agile team, for highly technical and complicated products
  • An eye on the big picture and a commitment to making sure we are solving the right problems at the right time
