Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital products, from roadmap strategy and market research to launch and post-release optimization. Drives data-informed decisions, gathers customer feedback, and partners cross-functionally to enhance user experience, boost adoption, and deliver business impact.
Define, prioritize, and execute the mobile app product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Owns product backlog and prioritization
Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Works closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (activation, retention, engagement, revenue, conversion rates) to guide decision-making.
Develop and own product analytics dashboards to track KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Use data and experimentation (A/B tests, funnel metrics) to validate hypotheses and optimize product outcomes.
Translate insights from customer feedback and product data into actionable product enhancements
Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory standards are met while scaling adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience
- Mobile apps experience is a must, fintech or telecom experience is preferred
- Market & Industry insights
- Familiar with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello,..etc)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, mixpanel,..etc)
- Experience in A/B testing
- Familiar with scrum methodology
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
