About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and launch of digital web and mobile applications.
The Product Manager will oversee ideation, prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery alignment of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet business objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, organization skills, stakeholder management, and proven expertise in managing large cross-portfolio products across design, development, QA, and integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enterprise-scale politics navigation, drives accountability, and ensures timely and successful delivery of web and app solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the product strategy and roadmap for a product of magnitude e2e
- Drives commercials through e-commerce, growth strategy, analytics, performance measurement
- Drives strategic planning for their product with the business; knows their context inside out (preferably in super apps, transportation, PropTech, MarTech)
- Oversees the execution as the single point of contact, leads all major events, and ensures alignment with schedules, business strategy & customer experience
- Constantly champions an elevated customer journey in alignment with cross functions to meet scope, quality & ops excellence.
- Coaching and people management (Senior / Product Managers)
- Orchestrates several products and directly manages 1 or 2 products
- Applies Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and iteration reviews.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, security, and performance standards; oversee QA processes and UAT cycles.
- Manage third-party implementation partners, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.
- Identify process gaps, implement delivery best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7+ years in product experience, with at least 3+ years leading large-scale web and mobile app implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related field; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, and modern delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and roadmaping tools
- Familiarity with web/app technologies (Adobe AEM, iOS/Android development, APIs, Cloudflare, cloud hosting).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Background in digital platforms, customer experience, or enterprise-scale transformations is a strong plus.
