Senior Product Lead Corporate Digital Banking

We are partnering with a leading international digital banking technology provider to hire a Senior Product Lead Corporate Digital Banking based in Jeddah.
This role will act as the business authority and product owner for a large Tier-1 bank's Corporate Digital Banking platform. You will own the business vision, roadmap, and functional direction of the corporate e-banking platform, ensuring alignment with client strategy, regulatory context, and corporate banking best practices.
This is a business & product-driven leadership role, not a delivery or technical execution role.
What You'll Own
Strategic Product Ownership
- Own and drive the corporate digital banking roadmap
- Define which modules, features, and capabilities should be built and why
- Align platform evolution with business strategy and corporate client needs
- Act as the functional authority for corporate digital banking
Product Definition & Functional Leadership
- Define high-level business requirements across modules
- Lead end-to-end corporate customer journey design
- Own BRDs in collaboration with Functional Analysts
- Guide and validate FADs and user stories produced by BA/FA teams
Modules include:
- Cash Management
- Payments (domestic & international)
- Corporate Onboarding & Servicing
- Trade Finance
- Supply Chain Finance
- Liquidity Management
Stakeholder & Workshop Leadership
- Lead workshops with senior banking stakeholders
- Challenge and refine requirements to ensure business value
- Act as trusted advisor to Product Heads, Operations, and IT
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 8+ years in Corporate Digital Banking
- Strong hands-on experience with corporate e-banking platforms
- Deep functional knowledge of:
- Cash management
- Payments
- Corporate onboarding
- Account services
- Experience acting as:
- Product Owner / Proxy Product Manager / SME
- Proven experience defining roadmaps & customer journeys
- Strong stakeholder management with Tier-1 banks
- Ability to operate as business authority (not just requirements writer)
Strong Advantage
- Experience working with banks in Saudi Arabia
- Understanding of SAMA regulations
- Exposure to Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance
- Experience working in vendor-side banking technology firms
