noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. The Product Manager, Cross Border will design and scale solutions that enable seamless international shipping, customs clearance, and duty management across multiple markets. Driving the cross border product roadmap, partnering with tech, operations, compliance, and external stakeholders to reduce complexity, improve lead times, and ensure global scalability. This role requires deep problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and global perspective.

  • Own the cross border product strategy and roadmap, driving improvements in speed, compliance, and cost-to-serve.
  • Build and enhance systems for customs clearance, duties/taxes automation, cross-border tracking, and compliance workflows.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize network flows, carrier integrations, and freight forwarding processes.
  • Partner with finance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Deliver customer-facing visibility into international shipments and duty/tax calculations.
  • Define and track success metrics such as clearance rates, lead times, and landed cost efficiency.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in logistics, supply chain, or cross-border trade.
  • Background in global eCommerce or logistics expansion is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, business, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with customs clearance, freight forwarding, or regulatory processes.
  • Proven ability to build scalable, tech-enabled systems in multi-country environments.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with KPI ownership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical, operational, and compliance teams.
  • Experience with carrier, freight forwarder, or customs system integrations is preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
