Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, customer value, and feature priorities for a high-impact digital experience transformation initiative. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience design, and technology delivery, the Senior Product Owner ensures the product roadmap aligns with strategic objectives, is informed by customer insights, and is executed through agile delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, value proposition, and target experience aligned to business goals and customer needs.
- Translate strategic priorities into a measurable product roadmap with clear outcomes and KPIs.
- Partner with consulting, design, and business stakeholders to shape product direction to business transformation goals.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and user insights to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Champion the customerturn research insights, journey data, and behavioral patterns into product decisions.
- Lead co-creation with experience design teams to define frictionless, intuitive journeys across channels.
- Ensure brand, accessibility, and usability standards are fully embedded in the product experience.
- Digital Product Management with end to end view of features and epics.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, impact on journeys, and feasibility.
- Translate product vision into product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between business leaders, consulting workstreams, and delivery squads.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and value outcomes to teams and global stakeholders.
- Run agile sprints and scrum ceremonies within teams and with clients to ensure the project delivers value to the client and is within committed timelines
- Understand and have expertise in agile methodologies and program
- Understand product owner responsibilities and able to manage product backlogs and efficient in writing epics and user stories
- Understand and able to manage and work with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Gain intimate understanding of your clients business strategy, product group/service offerings, organization, processes, and decision-making structures.
Requirements
- Strong background in premium consulting sales with a proven track record in leading cross-functional business development processes
- At least 12+ years of industry experience ( in Telco or Fin-Tech ) and experience in managing large multi-team and multi-geography projects
- Minimum 2 end to end implementation for experience design programs from design to delivery for Digital Product Programs
- Strong solid business acumen you understand the concerns a business executive may have, and you can decipher the business language to understand how we may be able to translate our offerings to solve their challenges
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments, both with customers and internally - you work to create structure to keep progress going in all the projects you touch, while also being able to stay agile when business can change quickly
- Ability to become a trusted advisor to frog's clients
- A problem-solving nature that shows itself in the ability to put together Digital Product Programs in collaboration with customer
- Experience working with human-centred design, strategy and brand advocate for it
- Prior experience in a creative agency or consultancy work setting
- Domain Understanding of Telco is a plus
- Understanding of Egypt Consumer Market is a plus
