Strategy & Road-mapping: Define the long-term product vision, identify new business opportunities, and create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap and backlog with list of opportunities.
Insights & Requirements: Conduct market and customer research using continuous product discovery habits (market analysis, competitive analysis, customer feedback) to gather insights. Translate these insights into clear, documented product requirements (PRDs), functional specifications, and user stories for the engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Execution: Lead prioritization and strategic decision-making with engineering, design, and other stakeholders. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, managing delivery timelines, release readiness, and ensuring high-quality, optimal UX/UI solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing regular updates on product direction, progress, and release plans to leadership.
Coach & mentor junior Product Managers, Business Analysts on discovery, delivery, prioritization and stakeholder communication.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years in a Senior Product Manager or equivalent role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of product management concepts, software development processes/lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Core Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-translation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and a proven team player and truly collaborative.
