This is a full-time role, offered on an on-site or hybrid basis in Cairo.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business objectives, user needs, and technology execution. You'll define product vision and strategy, manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software productsfrom concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing digital solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and customer feedback.
- Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and propose enhancements to improve user satisfaction and ROI.
- Ensure all product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Act as a strong advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 46 years of experience in product management within software or technology-driven companies.
- Proven success in launching and managing digital products or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand software development processes and constraints.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
