Following our Series A funding, we are aggressively expanding our product suite to serve the Middle East's rapid digital transformation. We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to own the roadmap for our UAE and Saudi Arabian market expansions.

As the Product Manager, you are the CEO of your product vertical. You will sit at the intersection of Engineering, Design, and the unique business requirements of the GCC region. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are defining how AI-driven hiring looks for the next decade.

Key Focus Areas:

• Localization & AI Nuance: Adapting our LLM-based matching for regional linguistic nuances (Arabic/English) and local labor laws.
• Seamless Integration: Building the connectors that allow our platform to talk to SAP, Oracle, and Greenhouse.
• User-Centric Design: Working with UX/UI teams to ensure the platform is intuitive for both high-volume recruiters and C-suite executives.

• Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 12-month product vision for our Middle East expansion.
• Product Discovery: Conduct deep-dive interviews with UAE Giga-project stakeholders and HR leaders to identify pain points.
• Technical Leadership: Translate complex business needs into high-quality user stories and technical requirements for our global engineering team.
• Data-Driven Growth: Define and track North Star metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, match accuracy) using Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Stakeholder Management: Present product updates and vision to the Board of Directors and key regional partners.

• Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, specifically within SaaS, Fintech, or HR-Tech.
• Technical Depth: You don't need to code, but you must understand API structures, machine learning models, and cloud architecture.
• The Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity. You prefer a fast-moving Build-Measure-Learn cycle over rigid corporate bureaucracy.
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills. You can explain complex AI logic to a non-technical CEO.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. An MBA is a plus.
