Kinetic is in partnership with multinational pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire for Senior Product Specialist based in Dubai, UAE.
The Senior Product Specialist will serve as a key interface between medical affairs, marketing, and commercial teams to drive adoption and awareness of rare disease therapy area.
- Support planning and execution of rare disease product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and rare disease experts to drive scientific dialogue and product adoption.
- Partner with marketing, commercial, and medical affairs teams to implement integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, and field activities.
- Provide insights from the field to inform messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns tailored to niche specialties.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven track record in KOL management and product launch support.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and patient-centric mindset.
- Experience in rare disease or niche specialty therapeutic areas.
- Ability to analyze clinical and market data and provide actionable insights.
