We are seeking a Senior Product Support Sales professional to act as the key liaison between the distributor, manufacturer, UAE Customs, and AGI Finance. This role is critical in managing monthly order commitments, NVDR processes, customs coordination, financial processing, and sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly manufacturer order commitments and forward order planning
- Oversee NVDR process including subsidy and volume bonus claims
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and stock reports
- Maintain master cost build-up files, DMS codes, and accurate vehicle data
- Coordinate port clearance, customs documentation, and payments
- Process finance invoices in line with AGI SOP
- Manage e-commerce platform (specifications, pricing, stock availability)
- Ensure accurate reporting to manufacturer, sales operations, and finance
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in automotive sales operations or product support
- Strong forecasting, reporting, and Excel skills
- Knowledge of UAE customs and manufacturer processes preferred
- High attention to detail and strong cross-functional coordination skills
