Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting activities for major infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.
- Manage cost forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value performance measurement, providing clear insights and recommendations to project management.
- Prepare and review progress reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for internal and client reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Project Controls Manager in establishing and maintaining effective project control systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor junior project controls engineers, sharing technical expertise and promoting best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of project control tools and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 08 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and preferably Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of planning principles, cost control, risk analysis, and earned value management (EVM).
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
