Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in project controls and scheduling, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure projects
- Expertise with project management software including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Thorough understanding of project controls principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in cost control and risk management is highly desirable
