Job Description

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), defining activities, logic, durations, and resource loading.
    • Perform forensic delay analysis using recognized methodologies, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA) / Window Analysis and Collapsed As-Built techniques, to assess delay causation and entitlement.
    • Review and analyze contemporaneous project records (daily reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and site logs) to accurately reconstruct events for forensic reporting.
    • Manage the full lifecycle of Extension of Time (EoT) and disruption claims, from assessment through substantiation and submission.
    • Identify critical path deviations and prepare robust forensic evidence to support or challenge delay-related liquidated damages.
    • Draft detailed forensic narratives and expert-level reports suitable for arbitration, adjudication, and litigation support
    • Ensure all claims and forensic analyses are fully compliant with FIDIC contract provisions, SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol, and AACE Recommended Practices.
    • Quantify productivity losses and damages using accepted forensic techniques, including the Measured Mile approach.
    • Design and maintain integrated project monitoring dashboards to track schedule performance, risks, and delays.
    • Prepare and review formal contractual correspondence and draft contractual letters in accordance with contract requirements.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
