Job Overview
Responsible for managing and delivering facility-related projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects including planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop project plans (scope, timelines, budget, resources)
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure quality delivery
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Facilities Management
- 5–7 years of experience in facilities or project management
- Strong knowledge of project management tools
- PMP certification preferred
