Job Description

Monitor and manage daily project activities.
Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Determine and distribute the workload of project
Monitor and do the necessary follow up to ensure the earliest approval of the Engineering submittals
Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with project's official's contractors and suppliers.
Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
Direct the planning department for procurement production and installation program
Operate, control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
Follow-up for monthly payment applications and payments.
Timely submit variations and follow-up for approvals
Follow-up site QA/QC and safety procedure as per site requirements
Maintain a safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 Years experience in Joinery/Interior Fitout Works
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.
Certificate in project Management/Contract Management is an Advantage
