Senior Project Engineering Manager (Electrical) is a high-level leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from initial design and budgeting to final execution and team development. - Strategic Project Leadership: Directs large-scale electrical projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, stay within budget, and meet strict deadlines.
- Team Mentorship & Growth: Actively recruits, onboards, and develops engineering staff through performance reviews, training, and coaching.
- Technical Oversight: Provides high-level guidance on electrical design, equipment selection, and troubleshooting for complex product or process problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Serves as the primary liaison between engineering teams, clients, vendors, and upper management to build consensus and resolve conflicts.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforces rigorous safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE) and quality control procedures to minimize technical risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

- 14+ years of related engineering and management experience
