700Apps is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects, driving them to successful completion while ensuring they meet strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans that outline key activities, milestones, resources, and timelines
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project objectives
- Facilitate project meetings, providing updates and insights to stakeholders while addressing concerns and feedback
- Document project progress, changes, and lessons learned to maintain comprehensive records
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the software development sector
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
