Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive project management experience with a track record of effectively managing complex projects.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in organizational and time management skills while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project and JIRA to optimize project scheduling and resource management.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team management and the ability to inspire performance excellence among team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Solid grasp of budgeting and financial management principles to ensure efficient project cost control.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred; additional Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
