The Senior Project Manager at iCareer (BasharSoft) is responsible for leading and delivering strategic projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. The role requires strong ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across media, operations, trainers, and marketing functions.
This role operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and requires a professional who can independently manage complex initiatives, analyze project data, anticipate risks, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and end-to-end implementation of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, tasks, and resource requirements, and develop detailed project plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage project budgets and oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and adherence to approved financial plans.
• Monitor project progress and track deliverables using appropriate project management tools, while providing regular and transparent status updates to key stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact between internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders or clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a proven ability to successfully deliver projects from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with departments such as media, operations, trainers, and marketing.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Experience working in startup or SME environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and less rigidly structured settings.
• Strong capability to manage projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments while maintaining alignment across different teams.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from initiation to completion, including developing project plans, estimating budgets, securing approvals, onboarding teams, identifying risks, and resolving complex challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Critical Thinking & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to apply logical, objective thinking when evaluating project challenges and making decisions. Capable of navigating complex relationships with external stakeholders such as partners, clients, or community entities, while managing sensitive situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
• Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: High proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights, support decision-making, and evaluate project performance and impact.
• AI & Digital Tool Proficiency: Ability to effectively utilize modern AI tools and digital solutions to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance project management efficiency.
