Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in real estate development projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large real estate development projects.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Thorough knowledge of Dubai's real estate and construction regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and manage the entire project lifecycle, including project scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Lead project coordination, issue resolution, and communication with all project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
