Corporate Real Estate - Senior Project Manager - Riyadh (CLIENT SIDE)
Our client is a leading Real Estate Asset Manager / Developer in Saudi Arabia who are looking for a Senior Project Manager experienced withAdditions and Alterations (A&A) / Renovations / Upgrade to existingasset within their corporate real estate portfolio (Offices and Commercial Towers).
The Project Manager is critical in leading and implementing A&A projects across theassets in the areas of residential, commercial, and retail. This position requires a mix of skills, including project management expertise, architectural or engineering knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of renovation and modification works.
The primary responsibility of the A&A Project Manager is to guide these projects from the planning stage to their final completion, ensuring they meet the client's requirements, comply with relevant regulations, and are completed within the allocated budget and time frame.
This role involves extensive project planning, effective communication with stakeholders, and the coordination of different teams and contractors to achieve top-quality outcomes that align with the company's strategic goals and the specific demands of each project.

- Proficiency in interpreting and adjusting technical drawings and plans.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and managing project control systems and processes.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and diverse teams.
- Effective communication skills, competent in engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of local and international building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to A&A projects.
