- 12+ years in banking/financial services technology with 10+ years delivering complex, multistream transformation programs.
- Proven endtoend delivery of reconciliation/core banking/card payments programs with multimillion budgets and large teams; strong vendor and contract (SOW) management
- Deep domain in card issuing/acquiring, onus/offus transactions, scheme settlements, chargebacks, VAT; exposure to UAE/Egypt/Pakistan operations and channels (POS, Ecom, ATM/CCDM, IVR, Mobile/Online, CRM, FaceApp).
- Handson experience with reconciliation systems Recon application a plus (or equivalent) for multiway reconciliation, exception workflows, dashboards, and alerts.
- Technical delivery oversight across multiple systems
- Strong expertise in data management (extraction/migration, lineage, quality, archival/warehouse) and analytics/reporting.
- Excellence in organization, communication, stakeholder engagement (up to EVP/GCEO), decisionmaking under uncertainty, and benefits realization.
Project Management Certifications a plus (PMP/PRINCE2; Agile delivery experience; ITIL/SAFe)
