About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential tower projects in the UAE, ensuring compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, quality standards, budget, schedule, and HSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from design to handover
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee design coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP, BIM)
- Ensure compliance with UAE authorities and regulations
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior management
- Manage contracts (FIDIC), variations, claims, and project finances
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
- Strong FIDIC and UAE regulatory knowledge
- 510 years UAE experience delivering high-rise projects (50+ storeys, AED 150M+)
- Experience with Developers, Consultants, and Contractors
