Job Summary:

Evalueserve Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support client engagements involving data integration, analytics platforms, and business-led technology implementation. The role will require close coordination with business stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to ensure that project activities are well planned, requirements are clearly defined, and delivery remains aligned to scope and timelines.

The role is expected to combine project coordination discipline with business analysis capability. The person should be comfortable working across business and technical discussions, especially in environments involving platforms such as Denodo, Cloudera, or other enterprise data and integration solutions. Prior experience in mining would be preferred. If not, experience in large industrial organisations and their internal processes would be important.

This is a client-facing role based in Riyadh and will require strong communication in Arabic and English, maturity in stakeholder handling, and the ability to work effectively in a Saudi client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise, plan, and manage the daily activities, sprint cadence, and workload of the project team, while ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with the overall delivery schedule.

• Lead requirements gathering, clarification, validation, and documentation, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Support the functional design of solutions across platforms such as Denodo, Cloudera, or related enterprise technologies, translating business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.

• Monitor project progress, track delivery milestones and key metrics, and coordinate activities across client teams and internal delivery teams.

• Identify dependencies, implementation risks, and technical challenges early, and ensure they are managed and escalated in a structured and timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, consulting, or technology delivery roles.

• Experience in coordinating client-facing projects involving data platforms, analytics, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Understanding of IT and OT systems, with the ability to engage credibly with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong experience in stakeholder communication, follow-up, requirement definition, workshop facilitation, and status reporting.

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.

• Ability to work in a structured, responsive, and client-driven environment with high attention to detail.
