ESMOS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand projects for one of our clients in the event industry. The role includes managing design reviews, production workflows, supplier coordination, and onsite installation while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead exhibition stand projects from concept to onsite delivery.
- Review designs, technical drawings, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee production, material preparation, logistics, and installation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication.
- Ensure quality control and resolve onsite issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Events, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing exhibition stand projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for onsite installations when required.
