We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for transforming creative concepts into exceptional exhibition experiences. A Senior Project Manager who can lead medium to large-scale stand builds from planning to execution - ensuring every project is delivered with precision, impact, and premium quality.

What You'll Do:

Oversee end-to-end management of medium to large-scale exhibition stand projects

Work closely with clients, sales, creative, QS, production, and on-site teams

Ensure all builds meet client objectives, timelines, budgets, and brand standards

Drive planning, problem-solving, and execution to achieve outstanding project outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture (advantage)

At least 8 years experience managing medium to large-scale exhibition stand projects

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
