Senior Project Manager - FF&E Focus

The project:

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, accountable for scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Champion Safety First, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours across all teams and stakeholders.
• Procure, manage, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and partners to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and timeframes, ensuring sustainable and successful delivery.
• Maintain robust quality systems, service excellence, and compliance with standards.
• Drive innovation, digital solutions, and responsible business priorities throughout project execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise, knowledge sharing, and best practice from across Mace.
• Ensure effective handover, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support long-term success.

You'll need to have:

• Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
• Proven delivery expertise in FFE and Luxury Fit Out stages of a project.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and be self sufficient.
• Strong commercial acumen with leadership of diverse teams.
• Sustainability focus, stakeholder engagement, and advanced communication skills.
