Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager, located in Giza with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate and oversee project activities, manage timelines and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing expediting processes, ensuring quality through inspection, managing logistics, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and align them with organizational goals.
Job Description:
- Analyze the client email carefully, define the needed service and the task Type to understand the required to plan correctly.
- Align with the internal functions (VM, LE & DTP) to provide the PM with the needed information for analysis and planning.
- After preparing the analysis, provide the client with a quotation and a detailed plan regarding the delivery time and deliverable format.
- Allocating the vendors according to the project requirements, and confirming the safe receipt of files with them and the instructions are clear and they understand it.
- Prepare a special time plan to the vendors earlier than his delivery date and follow-up with the vendor throughout the project.
- Participates in Global conference calls with the clients or training sessions for tools and project instructions.
- Before closing the project and delivering to the client, make sure that the files aren't corrupted or the delivery instructions (specific Tool, Online portal, TM.., etc.)not applied.
- Closing the project by sending the POs of vendors and the client to the financial department after delivery.
- Follow up with the client and make sure that we are meeting his demands and expectations.
- Guide, Monitor, Train, Coach, and Lead the PM team seeking better results.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of Experience in the localization industry
- A Bachelor's degree in Translation, Business or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
