Senior Project Manager

• Lead the overall design, planning, execution, and delivery of the Hookup Project.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Oversee engineering design, project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and company requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor project team members to achieve project excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline).
• Minimum 10 years of total Hook-Up project experience, with proven experience managing large-scale semiconductor or high-tech industrial projects.
• Extensive experience in design and project management for Hook-Up projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel or be based at the project site as required.
