The project:

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial work places and retail units along with public realm.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead MEP delivery on largescale infrastructure projects under a PMC framework

  • Manage MEP scope in accordance with FIDIC Red Book conditions and contractual obligations

  • Coordinate and manage design interfaces between contractor, consultant, and PMC teams

  • Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards and authority requirements (ADM, ITC, TAQA, ADCD)

  • Identify design risks, manage variations, and support cost and programme control

  • Liaise with authorities and multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve technical issues

  • Provide leadership to MEP teams and supervision consultants

  • Ensure timely delivery of highquality design deliverables through effective reporting and decisionmaking

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.) under FIDIC Red Book contracts.

  • Experience working with Main Contractors and Supervision Consultants on major projects.

  • Previous involvement in PMC roles for projects exceeding AED 500 million in value.

  • Familiarity with Estidama, sustainability requirements, and local authority approval processes.

  • Proficiency in design review tools, MS Office, and project management software.

  • Arabic speaker is a plus.
