The project:
Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial work places and retail units along with public realm.
You'll be responsible for:
Lead MEP delivery on largescale infrastructure projects under a PMC framework
Manage MEP scope in accordance with FIDIC Red Book conditions and contractual obligations
Coordinate and manage design interfaces between contractor, consultant, and PMC teams
Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards and authority requirements (ADM, ITC, TAQA, ADCD)
Identify design risks, manage variations, and support cost and programme control
Liaise with authorities and multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Provide leadership to MEP teams and supervision consultants
Ensure timely delivery of highquality design deliverables through effective reporting and decisionmaking
You'll need to have:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.) under FIDIC Red Book contracts.
Experience working with Main Contractors and Supervision Consultants on major projects.
Previous involvement in PMC roles for projects exceeding AED 500 million in value.
Familiarity with Estidama, sustainability requirements, and local authority approval processes.
Proficiency in design review tools, MS Office, and project management software.
Arabic speaker is a plus.
