Senior Project Manager

Location:Riyadh KSA

A leading educational and cultural organization is seeking aSenior Project Managerto lead the Cultural Schools Project and ensure operational excellence and governance compliance.

Develop and implement the overall project plan.

Lead large project teams and assign tasks to ensure KPIs are achieved.

Monitor daily/weekly reports and provide updates to senior leadership.

Coordinate with government entities and external partners.

Manage project risks and introduce corrective action plans.

Oversee governance, quality, and operational compliance.

Ensure all documentation, reporting, and project cycles align with standards.

Supervise project timelines, budget indicators, and performance outputs.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field

PMP certification required

Minimum10 yearsexperience in project management

Proven experience in managing large-scale government or educational projects

Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple teams under tight deadlines

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
