Detailed Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager – HR Technology to lead enterprise HR Technology programs, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, budget ownership, and experience delivering large-scale HR transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end HR Technology projects from planning to deployment

✅ Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

✅ Partner with HR, Business Leaders, and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives

✅ Drive digitalization, AI, and automation across HR processes

✅ Manage project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication

✅ Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams

✅ Ensure successful adoption, benefits realization, and business outcomes

Required Experience

✔ 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in IT or HR Technology

✔ 5+ years delivering HR Technology projects and transformations

✔ 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience

✔ At least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation

✔ Experience managing enterprise-scale projects, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders
