Senior Project Manager

Polaris Parks is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple infrastructure and construction projects across its industrial and residential developments.

The role combines portfolio governance with strong operational oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution oversight across multiple active construction sites

Review and approve project schedules, methodologies, and resource plans

Provide hands-on involvement in critical construction phases, complex technical decisions, and high-risk site situations.

Oversee contractor and consultant performance

Monitor budgets, variations, and financial exposure

Manage escalations, claims, and dispute resolution

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and FM teams

Report portfolio performance directly to executive management

Requirements:

1215+ years of experience in large-scale construction or real estate development

Strong background in infrastructure and multi-disciplinary project execution

Proven experience managing contractors and consultants

Solid exposure to cost control and contract administration

Leadership experience over project managers and engineering teams

Live in or near by 6th of October City
