About the Role

As Senior Project Manager (Corporate IT Technical Delivery), you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives within Corporate ITowning execution from initiation through go-live and early stabilization. This role blends hands-on technical delivery leadership with disciplined governance, ensuring projects land within approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You'll work closely with architecture, security, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage integrations, technical dependencies, delivery risks, and executive reportingthen drive a structured transition into long-term application ownership (Application Specialist / Product) after stabilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery for complex Corporate IT technical projects (initiation planning execution monitoring go-live stabilization structured handover).
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependency matrices, and action logs to control scope, timeline, and delivery health.
  • Provide technical delivery oversight: understand solution architecture, integrations, and dependencies; validate approaches; challenge vendor designs when required.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security standards, IT standards, and delivery governance frameworks.
  • Align IT and business teams on roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and decisionsdriving timely closure of blockers and open actions.
  • Manage vendors against milestones and deliverables, ensuring outputs are complete, integrated, documented, and ready for acceptance.
  • Run structured risk, issue, and change managementperforming impact analysis across scope, cost, timeline, and solution integrity.
  • Produce executive-ready reporting (status reports, dashboards, presentations) highlighting progress, risks, decisions required, and next actions.
  • Own go-live readiness and early post-go-live stabilization, resolving production issues and enabling a clean handover to long-term ownership teams.

What They're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong track record delivering complex technical initiatives in Corporate IT / enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of solution architecture, system integrations, and multi-stream technical dependencies.
  • Confidence operating within enterprise architecture, security standards, IT standards, and delivery governance frameworks.
  • Excellent project planning capability: scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery control.
  • Proven vendor management experience (milestone governance, deliverable validation, quality enforcement, and design challenge).
  • Strong risk/issue/change management discipline with clear stakeholder communication and resolution ownership.
  • Ability to create crisp, executive-level dashboards and presentations that drive decisions and unblock delivery.
  • PMP preferred; PRINCE2 and/or Agile certifications are an advantage.
