Senior Project Manager, Projects Delivery (Contractor)

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned TAWAL projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.

Manage project scope, cost, budget, quality and stakeholders ensuring that resources are optimized, and financial goals are met without compromising quality

Develop and maintain the project charter, ensuring alignment with objectives and TAWAL stakeholder expectations.

Oversee TAWAL projects execution across all project's milestones, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with TAWAL cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.

Implement and enforce implementation quality standards and procedures for project execution to ensure they meet TAWAL's quality standards and client requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are addressed effectively.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary to manage and mitigate risks.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and internal policies to prevent project-related incidents.

Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals efficiently. Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress, issues, and financials.

Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps or project deviations.

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to ensure project profitability and adherence to financial targets.

Monitor and control the execution quality of all project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and TAWAL delivery quality benchmarks.

Effectively manage TAWAL's internal stakeholders and external contractors, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability for project quality and performance.

Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure compliance with TAWAL's standards and proactively address any concerns to guarantee flawless project execution.

Conduct thorough data analysis, generating actionable insights and reports using TAWAL's tools to track performance and drive continuous improvement at the project level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project and program management, or equivalent.

- Minimum Experience:

6+ years of experience in relevant fields.
