The senior project manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex projects within the organization. The role demands a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, exceptional leadership capabilities and the capacity to drive project success while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met by facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor and manage risks and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and do not impact project success.
- Lead and manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals and support cross-functional project teams, providing direction, motivation, and required coordination.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of project activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met by facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor and manage risks and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and do not impact project success.
- Track and report project performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management practices.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
- Follow up on safety requirements and implementation to the best standards.
- Attend meetings with government authorities as needed and support in coordination of related issues.
- Lead management meeting with PMC, consultants and contractors and stakeholders and government authorities.
- Follow up on all project stages from concept design up to project handing over.
- Capable of resolving issues and taking proper decisions as needed.
- Provide proper reporting to his manager and issue reports as needed.
- Can work under pressure.
- Should have experience in AutoCAD, Excel, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- A minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or a closely related industry.
- Previous experience overseeing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 12- 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects

English & Arabic: Advanced
Travel:
Position will require some travel in KSA.
