Senior Project Manager

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans to track progress.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in the SEA region, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
