Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Advisor, based in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Property Advisor will be responsible for providing real estate consultancy services, including property sales, leasing, and investment advisory. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property appraisals, preparing proposals, staying updated on market trends, and offering personalized solutions to meet clients needs. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and business development, will also be required to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to establish and nurture client relationships
• Proficiency in Property Management and Investments, with experience in guiding clients through real estate transactions
• Knowledge of Finance, including market analysis and investment strategies
• Previous experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the UAE, is highly advantageous
• Proactive approach and ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages, such as Arabic, is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is an asset
